🔹 About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will oversee the scheduling and smooth delivery of care services. You’ll be responsible for creating rotas, maintaining client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate rotas to ensure continuity of care
Liaise with clients, families, and professionals regarding care needs
Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
Support with the recruitment, induction, and supervision of staff
Maintain accurate records, care plans, and documentation
Assist with compliance monitoring and preparation for inspections
Participate in the on-call rota
🧩 Essential Requirements
Full UK Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in a care setting (senior, supervisor, or coordination role)
Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills
Confidence in managing priorities and adapting to change
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
🎓 Desirable
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care
Previous experience using care management or rota software
Understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in care
